Through the resonant frequency number that the device locates for the person; it is similar to a universal cell phone number. To locate this number it is necessary to have the person’s name, date of birth, and place of birth. This information creates the connection between the EPFX(QXCI)/SCIO device and the person’s unique quantum energy fields.
The EPFX(QXCI)/SCIO ‘wireless’ mode can be thought of in terms of functioning like a cell phone. A cell phone works by wireless methods. There simply has to be a sender and a receiver. In this case, the sender is the device and the receiver is the person.
The same principle applies at greater distances. The Mars satellite captures images and sends them back to Earth as invisible wavelengths, which then are interpreted by sophisticated receivers and broadcasted on a screen. We can’t see the wavelengths, but we can see the result of their existence.
