Natural Alternatives for Health & Wellness

If this is your first time using the Resolve it is important to note that there are no drugs or hormones added to the product so you cannot overdose on it. You can, however, use too little. If you do not use enough of the Resolve you will not respond as well or as quickly as you’d like or maybe not at all. For this reason it is important to be generous and consistent with the product, especially at first.

APPLICATION DIRECTIONS

The application of Resolve is quite simple, and there are just a few things to keep in mind so that it will be most effective. It is not a drug and you cannot overdose on it. Wild Yam is most usefully taken in a skin cream, where it can be absorbed by the body, and the important elements carried directly to the cells where they are needed.

The first month’s application should be the heaviest as the photochemistry attempts to arrest the symptoms of estrogen dominance and raise the absorption rate of the cream. The initial treatment is typically two jars in four weeks time. That is two weeks per jar, and approximately one half of the first jar should be used by the end of the first week. Each application will be about ½ tsp (two finger tips), and should be applied twice daily. In some instances women might want to continue this rate of application until she has rid herself of a particular condition or symptom. When balance is achieved the woman can begin cutting back the amount she is using until she knows how much it takes to keep her where she wants to be. The right dose is the one that works.

Resolve can be applied to any smooth skin area of the body. Many women enjoy using it on their face as a moisturizer. The plant nutrients are excellent for the skin. However, you should rotate the sites of application. If the Resolve is constantly applied to the same area of skin then you can get a transdermal buildup that will prevent the product from being properly absorbed by the body. If you notice that the site of application seems oily a few hours after you’ve applied the Resolve you should apply it somewhere else for the next few days.

Once a woman has been using Resolve consistently for 90 days she should start taking a monthly 2-5 day break from the product. This break keeps the body from building a tolerance to it and allows the receptor sites to re-cleanse themselves, keeping them sensitive to the hormones being produced.

Women who are still having monthly periods should take their breaks during their period as that is when both the progesterone and estrogen levels naturally drop. If you suffer from cramping the first day or two of your period go ahead and apply Resolve to the lower back and abdomen for some relief. It may not take eliviate your cramping completely, but it makes them much more bearable. It usually takes 2-4 cycles using Resolve to really start seeing a big difference in cramping pain levels.

Women who are no longer having periods or whose periods are very erratic should just pick a time of the month in which to take your break (beginning, middle, or end of month) and always break at the same time each month. It’s important to be consistent with your breaks as we are trying to keep the body in a natural rhythm.

WHEN TO EXPECT TO START FEELING RESULTS OF RESOLVE

Every woman is different in how she creates, metabolizes and utilizes hormones, therefore response times vary. We ask that each woman faithfully use the Resolve as instructed for at least 90 days. Most women notice a gradual alleviation of their symptoms beginning in 2-4 weeks. The average time for a woman to feel she has achieved or is on her way to achieving hormonal balance is 3 months. However, that’s just an average. Some women respond sooner, some may even take longer. The important thing is to be persistent, generous, and consistent with the product until you get results. Remember it has taken your body a while to become unbalanced; it will take a while to become balanced again.

A FEW FACTS ABOUT RESOLVE

**There are NO drugs or hormones in the Resolve. It just contains plant nutrients to help boost and support a woman’s natural chemistry.

**It is safe and effective for women of all ages - including teens who struggle with things like PMS & cramps.

**It is safe for use while breast feeding.

**Can help alleviate the "baby blues." However, since the body can’t really use progesterone for approximately 2-4 weeks after delivery of a child it’s best to wait until at least 2 weeks after having your baby to start on the Resolve. It’s not harmful to start right away, just wasteful since the body won’t really be able to do anything with it. Also, we’re not stating that the Resolve will cure the baby blues - there is a lot going on in a woman’s body at that time - but once the body is able to manufacture and utilize progesterone it will start using that progesterone to make the corticosteroids. Corticosteroids are a class of hormones that help the body to deal with physical and emotional stressors. They help to alleviate mood swings/ depression, and reduce anxiety.

**Resolve reduces the pain of monthly cramps. About ½ of all women suffer from cramping during the first few days of their periods. Cramping is caused by hormones called prostaglandins. (Anyone who’s suffered from a chronic pain condition has probably been prescribed a type of prostaglandin blocker by their doctor at some point.) As mentioned previously, the body uses progesterone to make corticosteroids, which help to reduce pain and inflammation in the body. It usually takes 2-4 cycles of using the Resolve faithfully to really notice a big difference in monthly pain levels, but it is worth it. Just remember that when using Resolve it is important to keep using enough of it until you feel yourself responding (symptoms eased or eliminated).
